Join MCOA and McLean Hospital for Communicating Expectations & Limits, a practical training designed to help Senior Center staff navigate challenging interactions, communicate expectations clearly, and set consistent boundaries that support a positive community.

Presenters Marie Clouqueur, LICSW, and Joanna Georgakas, MD, will share strategies participants can put into practice right away. You do not need to have attended the previous Compassionate Boundaries workshop to participate! This session is open to all Senior Center staff and volunteers and will also build on the concepts introduced in Compassionate Boundaries for those who attended.
