Open Enrollment Resources

As Medicare Open Enrollment continues, the State SHINE Office is sharing educational opportunities and resources to help Medicare beneficiaries explore their coverage options.

The State SHINE Office is offering free virtual webinars to help consumers and caregivers navigate Medicare.gov, compare plans, and explore their coverage options. The "Medicare Plan Finder" webinars will take place on the following dates:

English Webinars

• November 9 | 1:00–2:30 PM – Register Here
• December 1 | 10:00–11:30 AM – Register Here

Spanish Webinars

• November 12 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM – Register Here
• November 24 | 2:00–3:30 PM – Register Here

These webinars will help consumers explore Medicare options more independently. AGE encourages COAs and community partners to host watch parties so older adults and caregivers can participate together in a supportive setting.

Additionally, the State SHINE Office has compiled resources to help consumers prepare for Open Enrollment and compare plans. Resources include:

• Open Enrollment Worksheet: Helps organize coverage information, medications, pharmacies, providers, and plan concerns.
