Description
This presentation by Amanda McGrory, AGE's Behavioral Health Program Coordinator, will provide an overview of AGE's Behavioral Health Outreach for Aging Populations (BHOAP) program, including who they serve, the scope of services, how to identify consumers who may be appropriate for BHOAP, and how to connect consumers to the program. A representative from Mystic Valley Aging Services’ BHOAP will also share their experience collaborating with local Councils on Aging (COAs).
