Talita Lopes, Community Engagement Coordinator for the MA Attorney General’s Office (AGO), will present on the most common landlord-tenant complaints received by the AGO. The training will cover key issues Massachusetts tenants face, including housing discrimination, unlawful move-in fees, security deposit disputes, and apartment conditions, along with practical guidance on what tenants can do when problems arise. This is a great opportunity to build your knowledge on tenant rights and learn about the free resources and services the AGO offers to Massachusetts residents.
