Join us on the next Fresh Perspectives for New Directors (been in the position for 0-3 years) gathering on December 18 at 10 AM on Zoom for an informal, welcoming space to connect with peers who are also finding their footing. At our first meeting on November 20, a participant suggested we talk about setting goals for the new year. Bring your thoughts and ideas on that topic to the December and we'll focus on that for a bit. 

Fresh Perspectives is all about sharing challenges, swapping ideas, celebrating wins, and yes—even having a few laughs along the way. Whether you’re looking for practical advice or just want to know you’re not alone, this is your chance to build supportive connections across the MCOA community.
