This is the full food safety certification required by local boards of health. Training is available to Councils on Aging staff and their volunteers only. Students are required to purchase a textbook with an answer sheet (ServSafe Manager 9th Edition text with exam sheet - $75.99) and meet registration deadlines. Each session is a two-day course including review of the text material and a paper (not online) exam. Save Your Spot! Space is very limited at each location. You must attend day one and day two at the same location.
