🎉 What an incredible response! Registration for the 2026 MCOA Fall Conference has reached capacity for Wednesday and Thursday.

Want to join the waitlist? You may still complete registration to be added to the conference waitlist. If space becomes available due to cancellations, we will contact registrants.

🎟️ Friday tickets are still available! A limited number of registrations remain for Friday, October 23, so if you’d like to join us for the final day of workshops and the conference experience, we encourage you to register soon.

Thank you for joining us for the MCOA 2026 Fall Conference: Focused on What Matters: Supporting Our Older Adults, taking place October 21–23, 2026, at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge, MA.

Whether you're registering as an attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, or community partner, we're excited to welcome you to Massachusetts' premier conference for aging services professionals.

Before you begin, please note:

✔️ Have your attendee and organization information ready.

✔️ MCOA members must log in to receive member pricing.

✔️ Sponsorships and exhibit booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

✔️ Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

✔️ Conference registration does not include hotel accommodations. Overnight reservations must be made separately with the Wellsworth Hotel.

✔️ Space is limited, and the conference sells out every year. Register early to reserve your spot!
